All Bookings are subject to the conditions stated below with Alliance Snowboarding Ltd. Bookings/Contracts are governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law.

All lessons must be paid for, in full, in advance. Prices are quoted and charged in sterling. Bookings/Contracts do not exist until receipt of full payment or issue of confirmation email. Prices are correct at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change at any time but will not affect prices already quoted.


All lesson payments are to be made by card. We accept payment by all major credit & debit card companies. Credit cards incur a charge of 2.75% per transaction. Debit cards do not incur a transaction charge.

Lessons are not confirmed until full payment received. We will reserve bookings for a maximum of fourteen days from the date of issue of our payment request email. Please make payment within this period to confirm the booking.

Advance bookings (more than 8 weeks prior to lesson date) require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The balance of 50% is due 8 weeks before the date that the first lesson booked.


In the event of clients cancelling booking/contract, the following charges will apply:

8 to 2 weeks notice - 50% of booking total
2 weeks to 48 hours - 90% of booking total
up to 48 hours - 100% of booking total

Alliance Snowboarding Ltd reserves the right to cancel any group type lesson if the minimum numbers of places are not filled. If this occurs you will receive a full refund. With fewer numbers, Alliance Snowboarding Ltd will run group lessons for a reduced time.


Refunds will not be given by Alliance Snowboarding Ltd in whole or part for unused lessons due to client late arrival, illness, accident, part closure or closure of the resort due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or any other cause outside the control of Alliance Snowboarding Ltd. Client Insurance should cover missed lessons due to lift failure or weather. For lift closure/failure, your claim would be with the local lift company. For Injury, we can provide a letter to reclaim your insurance if this is justified, e.g. non attendance due to an injury. Clients will also require a medical certificate from the Doctor.

If we are forced to cancel a lesson due to instructor sickness/injury, we will endeavour to re-schedule the lesson for the next available time. If however we are fully booked, we will refund your lesson fee.


Parents MUST deliver children to lessons 5 minutes before start and finish times of lessons. Instructors will not and can not wait for parent collection. We reserve the right to ask a parent to take their child from their lesson if the child is inappropriately dressed, in ill health, or not the correct level for the group. We cannot make refunds in these circumstances.


Lift passes are obligatory and not included in lesson prices.

Equipment hire is not included in lesson prices. Alliance Snowboarding Ltd clients are responsible for their own Equipment hire. Clients should arrive at the lesson with all appropriate equipment.

Instructors will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the start time of a private lesson at the arranged meeting point unless notified by the client.

Instructors will wait a maximum of 5 minutes from the start time of a group lesson at the arranged meeting point unless notified by the client.

Alliance Snowboarding Ltd declines all liability in the case of an accident which occurs during a lesson/session. Alliance Snowboarding is not responsible for its client’s personal insurance. Clients are obliged to insure themselves for third party liability. We strongly recommend all clients arrange an appropriate polity with a licensed agent.

Alliance Snowboarding Ltd clients participate in snow sports at their own risk.
