All lessons must be paid for, in full, in advance.
Payments made by credit card will be taken in GBP£ Sterling and will incur a £5.00 surcharge per transaction.
Payments made by cheque are to be made payable to Alliance Snowboarding Ltd, and forwarded no later than 3 weeks prior to holiday departure date to, Alliance Snowboarding Ltd, 9 Romsley HIll Grange, Farley Lane, Romsley, B620LN, West Midlands, UK.
Cancellation up to two weeks in advance of a lesson will lead to a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before a lesson results in full charge of the lesson.
Refunds will not be given for unused lessons due to client late arrival, illness, accident, part closure or closure of the resort due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or any other cause outside the control of Alliance Snowboarding Ltd. We can provide a letter to reclaim on insurance if this is justified, e.g. non attendance due to an injury.
Alliance Snowboarding Ltd reserves the right to cancel any group type lesson if the minimum numbers of places are not filled. If this occurs you will receive a full refund. With fewer numbers, Alliance Snowboarding Ltd will run group lessons for a reduced time.
Lift passes are obligatory and not included in lesson prices.
Equipment hire is not included in lesson prices. Alliance Snowboarding Ltd clients are responsible for their own Equipment hire. Clients should arrive at the lesson with all appropriate equipment.
Alliance Snowboarding Ltd is not responsible for its client’s personal insurance. We strongly recommend all clients purchase their own accident insurance before departure together with rescue insurance "carte neige" in resort. Carte Neige should be requested at the time of purchasing lift passes; however, it can be purchased afterwards as well.

Alliances Snowboarding Ltd declines all liability in the case of accident/injury during our lesson hours. Alliance Snowboarding Ltd clients participate in snow sports at their own risk.
